Beautiful silver verge oignon watch from 1710s, late Louis XIV period.
Diameter is 54mm, height without bow is 70 mm, thickness is 30mm.

Watch has silver champléve dial - not often to see on French production.
Movement features quarter repeating of vert early construction - it strikes with single hammer to the silver bell.
Movement is very nice - it features beautiful silver balance bridge, round silver pillars. Beautifully pierced and engraved silver case.

Dial and movement are signed by De Lorme in Paris.
Tardy in his "Dictionnaire des Horlogers Français" mention several De Lorme in Paris, but mostly in Delorme variant. Probably work of Vincent De Lorme, Master in 1717, died in 1748.
