Antique keywind pocket Consultation Chronograph Doctor's watch from XIX century

Interesting pocket watch "The consultation chronograph".
The dial is also signed with "Specially examined".
Swiss made for British marked. The movement is 3/4 plate in the English taste.
Keywind movement with cylinder escapement.
This time chronograph function wasn't elaborated enough.
Better quality chronographs in golden cases used independent second two-trains movements for measuring time. This watch has easier stop function, it just blocks the movement when it need, stopping the movement.
Nice dial with sweep second and decentered small hour scale seems to be in very good condition, without visible flaws.
Case British taste is partly loss it's plating.
Movement is in good running condition, "chronograph" functions as it should.
Diameter is 55mm, height without bow is 68mm.
