Nice George III pocket watch with excentered dial.
The hallmarks date it to 1807.
I think, the dial painting refers to the war between England an Napoleonic France - the black bird is allegory to French Napoleonic eagle.
The dial is generally nice, but have slightly visible hairline that I've seen only on large photo.

Movement is marked by ADELPHI LONDON and bears serial number 819.
Nicely engraved balance bridge, diamond endstone.
Movement is in good running condition.
Sterling silver case is in good condition.
