Invicta
Raphael Picard founded the company R. Picard & Fils in 1837. His son assured over and in the 1890s the company's Les Fils de R. Picard producing all kinds of watches, simple and complicated, especially repetitions, with or without chronograph.
The company had a factory with "hydraulic power in Delémont".
Around 1905 the company became Invicta factory and expanding its manufacturing to sports timers and watches for automobiles.
The movement is a nice one.
Supplier of ebauches was Barbezat-Baillot (Le Phare), what is confirmed by Swiss Patent 334 hallmark on the bridge of repetition mainspring.
Movement seems to be made of solid nickel and finished with Geneva stripes.
Chronometer parts are nicely polished and beveled.
Condition
The movement is in running condition, though I don't guarantee time keeping.
The repeating functions correctly, gongs are clear and loud.
Chronograph also functions as it should.
The dial seems to be in good condition without visible damages.
Case is solid and gold is thick, have only minor period wear.
Mineral crystal, original hands.
Overall very nice condition.
