Watch case bears Swiss hallmarks for 14k gold, as well as JN maker's mark.

Movement is most likely is either Piguet or LeCoultre production, it's top grade repeater, of best possible quality.
It's finished to high grade, with nice and big jewels, decorated with Geneva stripes and pearlage.
It's is jewelled to the hammers and features wolf-tooth winding wheels.
