Watch is equipped with digital time indications with jumping hours and minutes, built according A. Kaiser patent.
A. Keiser was an inventor from Fribourg, Switzerland.
In 1883 he received German patent for counting wheel for watches and other mechanisms.
The back cover bears manufacturer's mark for Wyss & Cie from Biel, Switzerland, registered in 1883.
The "S/F" engraving for Slow / Fast for regulator on the balance bridge, as well as hallmarks shows that the watch was designated for American market.
The watches with digital indications in golden cases are rare.

The watch is running, and time indication is working correctly, though time keeping is not tested.
Dial has several faint hairlines, visible mostly under specific angles.
Case is is good condition with some period wear.
