Good chronograph in solid 18k case.
Case diameter is 49mm, weight is 82 grams.
The movement is quality one and hallmarked with Swiss patent CH 34029.
It's issued to LeCoultre in 1905 and describes improved chronograph instant counter.
Watch is a quality piece - chronograph is fully jewelled, all escapement train has counterpivots and features swan neck micrometric regulator.
Dust cover is signed by retailer - Fabre / Buenos Aires. L&C Fabre was also Vacheron & Constantin retailer in Buenos Aires.
The case bears Swiss and metric hallmarks for 18k gold.
