CALENDAR REPEATER Solid Gold Antique REPEATING Pocket Watch

Good quarter repeating watch with full calendar, in solid 18k gold case.
Diameter is 52mm. Weight is 100.5 grams.

The movement finished to high grade, better than ones commonly found on push repeating calendar watches.
Movement or ebauche is likely to be production of Louis Audemars workshop.
It features typical Audemars golden wheels both for watch and for repeating trains and it's jewelled to the hammers.

The very similar full calendar layout shown in book by H. Zantke on Louis Audemars watches.
The dial style is also typical for Audemars production.

Calendar plate is high grade one, with nicely made moon subdial - blue enamel over the real gold background.
All plates and bridges are nickel made, steel pieces are polished and bevelled.
The months are switching automatically.
Good quality watch.



Condition
The movement is in running condition, though cleaning is recommended.
Repeating and calendar is working as it should.

Cosmetically the watch is in ok condition.
The back cover probably had a polished out owner's monogram, as it seems to be thinner than other case parts. It has some minor dents, please look photos and video.

Watch comes with it's original red leather case.
