Nice and rare pocket chronometer by Jules Jurgensen.
Diameter is 50mm, weight is 105 grams.
A very classical piece by world-known Danish watchmaker, circa 1850s.
According to H. Zantke, Louis Audemars was ebauches supplier for these chronometers.
Movement is equipped with pivoted detent escapement.
As you can expect, it's a highest quality piece, with golden chronometer escapement wheel, golden counterpivots, big balance wheel with heavy golden screws.
Dial, dust cover and movement are signed by Jules Jurgensen, Copenhagen.
