TIFFANY / Patek Philippe? Hi Grade 5 MINUTE REPEATER Gold Repeating Pocket Watch

Beautiful five minute repeater in solid 18k gold hunter case.
Case diameter is 49mm, weight is 104 grams.

Watch is triple signed.
The dial, movement and case are signed by Tiffany / New York.

The supplier of the movement was probably Patek Philippe, who was selling this kind of mechanisms to Tiffany and other retailers. I added a photo of Patek branded watch with same movement, sold by Antiquorum on October 2019 auction in Hong Kong.
Other possible movement supplier is Edouard Koehn - former partner of Patek Philippe, who bought Ekegren watchmaking factory in Geneva, producing movement by Patek Philippe standards.

The movement is built and finished to very high grade, as you can expect.
The case is a little unusual to me, the bezel is protected with additional cover.
It bears Tiffany hallmarks as well as 18k gold hallmark.

The watch appears to be in good condition.
The movement is in good running condition.
Repetition strikes as it should.
