Antique French 18k Gold and Diamond Pocket or Pendant Lady Watch

Beautiful lady pocket or pendant watch.
Back cover is skilfully engraved and decorated with gold application ornament and nice solitaire diamond.
Case is manufactured by well known company "Societe Generale de Boites d'Or" from Besancon, French watch capital. It's made of solid 18k gold and is hallmarked by horse head (French hallmark for 18k small gold items) on every piece.
Dial of ivory color with golden dots is free from hairlines or other defects. Original Louis XV hands. Good quality gilt Swiss movement. It's in good running condition.
Diameter is 29mm or 1.13". Weight is 17.3 grams or 0.61 oz.
